Yokomo BD5
Hello guys !
I want to introduce my BD5.
But I intended to use BD5 in Drifting, but I want to use it in Grip Racing for a while.
I wanted to learn a throttle and steering control of grip racing, that the control that is more delicate than Drifting I think.
I assembled it while comparing it with my BDM. it was a totally new chassis.
I can attach the axle( ball diff, spool, and one-way) of BDM to BD5, but capacity of ball diff becomes big.
The belt is the same as BDM.
And CVD Pin becomes 2mm.
As for the axle shaft of these 2mm cvd pin, the thing of DP/DM Yokomo was released too.
Steering linkage are designed newly.
I built it according to a manual (grip set up), and I drifted in Arai with Kawada plastic tier.
My impression that it was understeering I thought, of course must be need drift set up.
